Hey it’s Shai, cooking became my solace when dealing with Postpartum OCD; leading me to discover the connection between mental health & food. This journey sparked a passion for cooking, and Inspired self-care through food.I found fulfillment in pursuing my love for cooking after years of feeling unfulfilled in previous paths. My goal is to inspire others facing similar challenges,& show my daughter & our younger generation the power of perseverance while teaching the importance of nourishing their bodies with food.
