Cloud Cake:
Strawberries (1/2 Cup, Diced)
Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1 1/3 Cups)
Unflavored Gelatin (4 1/2 Teaspoons)
Frosting:
Heavy Cream (1 Cup)
Coconut Sugar (3 Tablespoons)
Homemade Rose Extract (1/4 Teaspoon)
STEPS:
Prepare Cake Mixture:
Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
