White Cooking Wine (1 Cup)
Red Wine Vinegar (1 Tablespoon)
Chicken Broth (1/2 Cup)
Bay Leaves (1)
Sweet Onion (1, Chopped)
Garlic (6 Cloves, Minced)
Red Thai Chilis (2)
Tomato Paste (2 Tablespoons)
Grass-Fed Butter (4 Tablespoons)
Honey (1/2 Tablespoon)
Cumin (1 Teaspoon)

STEPS:
Prepare the Base:
Heat a Dutch oven or stock pot over medium-high heat with olive oil.
Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add Flavors:
Stir in spices and tomato paste. Cook for about a minute, then add red wine vinegar. Combine and continue cooking for a couple of minutes. Pour in the white wine.
Create the Broth:
