Strawberries (2 Cups)
Rolled Oats (3 Cups)
Pecans (1/2 Cup)
Cinnamon (1 Teaspoon)
Nutmeg (1/2 Teaspoon)
Baking Powder (1 Teaspoon)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Non-Dairy Milk (3 Cups)
Maple Syrup (1/2 Cup)
Coconut Oil (1/4 Cup)
Vanilla Extract (1 1/2 Teaspoons)

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Vegan Cream Cheese (1 Cup)
Lemons (2 Tablespoons)
Maple Syrup (1/2 Cup)
Vanilla Extract (2 Teaspoons)
STEPS:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, including the berries.
