INGREDIENTS:

STEPS:

  • Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Remove pomegranate arils from both pomegranates and set aside (you can use ready-to-go arils as well).

    • Finely chop your pistachios in a food processor.

  • Melt the Chocolate:

    • Melt all dark chocolate in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until mostly melted. If you have any chocolate lumps, just stir them out.

  • Prepare the Pan:

    • Line a 1/4 sheet pan with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate evenly over the paper. Smooth out until completely even and covering the pan.

  • Add the Toppings:

    • Sprinkle your desired amount of pomegranate arils, pistachios, and shredded coconut evenly over the dark chocolate.

  • Refrigerate:

    • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes or so.

    • Break apart & enjoy!
