Cacao Paste (16oz)
Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Baking Bar (Chocolate Alternative)
Pomegranate
Pistachios (2 Cups)
STEPS:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Remove pomegranate arils from both pomegranates and set aside (you can use ready-to-go arils as well).
Finely chop your pistachios in a food processor.
Melt the Chocolate:
Melt all dark chocolate in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until mostly melted. If you have any chocolate lumps, just stir them out.
Prepare the Pan:
Line a 1/4 sheet pan with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate evenly over the paper. Smooth out until completely even and covering the pan.
Add the Toppings:
Sprinkle your desired amount of pomegranate arils, pistachios, and shredded coconut evenly over the dark chocolate.
Refrigerate:
Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes or so.
Break apart & enjoy!
