INGREDIENTS:

STEPS:

  • Prepare Mixture:

    • Beat the marzipan and butter together until smooth.

    • Add eggs one at a time, beating between each addition until the mixture is even and smooth.

    • Fold in the flour.

  • Pipe into Moulds:

    • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.

    • Pipe into your silicone mini muffin moulds, filling to just below the rim.

  • Bake:

    • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes or until set.

    • Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the silicone moulds.

  • Add Toppings:

    • Once cooled, remove from the moulds.

    • Pipe apricot jam on top.

    • Top with your choice of fruit or edible flowers.

    • Enjoy your beautifully decorated Mazarin Cakes!
