INGREDIENTS:

  • Kiwis (2 Large, Skinned)

  • Pineapple Juice (2 Cups, Freshly Juiced or Store-Bought)

 

STEPS:

  • Prepare the Pineapple:

    • Chop the pineapple and remove all the skin.

    • Place the pineapple pieces in a juicer and extract the juice.

    • Strain the juice to remove any pulp and set it aside.

  • Prepare the Kiwis:

    • Peel the kiwis and chop them into smaller pieces.

  • Blend the Juice:

    • Combine the pineapple juice and chopped kiwis in a blender.

    • Blend until smooth and well combined.

  • Freeze the Popsicles:

    • Pour the pineapple kiwi mixture into a 6-piece silicone popsicle mold.

    • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

    • Remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy your refreshing treat!
