Cookies & Cream Pocky Stick Pack (1, 2.47 oz)
Milk Chocolate Pocky Stick Pack (1, 2.47 oz)
White Vanilla Melting Wafers (2 Cups)
Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers (1 Cup)
Matcha Powder (1 Teaspoon, or More if Desired)
Festive Christmas Sprinkles (Of Choice)
STEPS:
Prepare the Cookie Sheets:
Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Arrange Pocky sticks in a row on each sheet.
Melt the Chocolate Wafers:
Melt the wafers one batch at a time to prevent overheating.
For matcha trees, melt white chocolate wafers in 30-second increments, stirring each time, then switch to 15-second increments until fully melted.
Once melted, mix in matcha powder until you achieve a vibrant green color. Adjust the balance if needed by adding more white chocolate wafers.
For white and milk chocolate trees, melt the desired wafers until fully smooth.
Pipe the Trees:
Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag.
Pipe the chocolate onto the Pocky sticks in the shape of Christmas trees, as shown in the video.
Decorate:
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your chosen Christmas sprinkles over the trees.
Set the Chocolate:
Place the cookie sheets in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden fully.
Remove the chocolate trees from the refrigerator and enjoy your festive treats! 🎄
