Coriander (3 Tablespoons)
Green Onion (3 Tablespoons)
Sugar (1 1/2 Tablespoons, Raw Cane)
Garlic (1 Tablespoon, Minced)
Ginger Root (1/2 Tablespoon, Minced)
Toasted Sesame Seeds (1 Tablespoon, Roasted)
Low Sodium Soy Sauce (5 Tablespoons)
White Vinegar (4 Tablespoons)
Chili Oil (6 Tablespoons, with Chunks)
Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Teaspoon)
STEPS:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients: coriander, green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, roasted sesame seeds, raw cane sugar, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil with chili chunks, and toasted sesame oil.
Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more soy sauce for saltiness, sugar for sweetness, or chili oil for heat, according to your preference.
Once the seasoning is to your liking, your perfect dumpling sauce is ready to enjoy!
Tips:
You can customize the spice level of the sauce by adjusting the amount of chili oil and chili chunks according to your taste preferences.
This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Just give it a good stir before serving each time.
