STEPS:

  • Melt Chocolate:

    • In a pot, heat coconut oil and dark chocolate gems over low heat until melted.

  • Combine Ingredients:

    • Add bone broth liquid to the melted chocolate mixture. Whisk in cacao powder, coconut sugar (or monk fruit sugar), cinnamon, arrowroot powder, and sea salt until well combined and smooth.

  • Heat and Whisk:

    • Gradually pour in milk while whisking continuously. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat until steaming, but not boiling.

  • Add Collagen Protein (Optional):
