INGREDIENTS:

  • Paprika (1/4 Cup)

  • Cayenne Pepper (3 Tablespoons)

  • Lemon Pepper (3 Tablespoons)

  • Old Bay Seasoning (2 Tablespoons)

  • Tony’s Cajun Seasoning (2 Tablespoons)

  • Salt (1 Tablespoon, or to Taste)

  • Grass-Fed Butter (6 Sticks)

  • Garlic (2 Heads)

  • Beef Bone Broth (1/2 Cup)

  • Andouille Sausage (2, 12 oz each, Sliced)

  • Jumbo Raw Wild-Caught Shrimp (2 Pounds, Deveined and Tail Off)

  • Corn on the Cob (4, Cut in Half to Make 8 Pieces)

  • Gold Potatoes (Slightly Over 1 Pound, Chopped)

  • Lemon Wedges (For Serving)

  • Sweet or Yellow Onion (1, Sliced)

 

STEPS:

  • Boil the Vegetables:

    • Fill a large pot with water and add ½ tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

    • Bring the water to a boil, then add the corn, onion, and potatoes.

    • Boil until the potatoes are soft and all vegetables are cooked through.

  • Prepare the Sausage:

    • Slice the sausage into rounds.

    • In a skillet over medium heat, fry the sausage until browned. If using raw sausage, cook until fully done.

  • Make the Seasoning Mix:

    • In a small to medium bowl, combine all the seasonings.

    • Set aside for later use.

  • Cook the Shrimp in Butter Sauce:

    • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter sticks.

    • Add the broth, minced garlic, and the seasoning mix to the melted butter.

    • Add the shrimp to the saucepan and cook for about 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  • Combine and Serve:

    • Place the boiled vegetables in an aluminum pan.

    • Pour the shrimp and butter sauce over the vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.

    • Garnish with lemon wedges, serve, and enjoy!
